Mr. Niyi Odutayo (MBA, PGD, HND, IFMA, ISMN, CIPN) is a seasoned entrepreneur, an achiever with proven result. He is the Chairman of the Board of Director of the company. His desire to be his own boss exposed him to different vocations with cognate landmark.

He is a graduate of Banking and finance from Lagos State Polytechnic. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from University of Calabar and a Masters in Business Administration from Lagos State University.

He started his working career with Lagos State Ministry of Finance as an Executive Officer, he voluntarily resigned to join Salem International Christian centre; a Christian resource Organization, he worked in different capacity of the organization after which he resign in 2003 into private business.

He is the Chairman/Managing Director of Confap Global concept, a renowned real estate marketing outfit set up to provide real estate solutions via networking with recognised local and global real estate institutions.

He is the brain behind Anidus Global concept, an outfit that proffers facility management solutions. The company also identifies with the Institute of Facility Management.

Niyi has years of cognate working experience in real estate practice.

He is an associate member of the Institute of Strategic Management, Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. Also business member of Nigeria American Chambers of commerce, Nigeria export promotion Council among others.

He also doubles as the executive director of the Company’s construction and facility management arm – CITIHIGH PROPERTY & INVESTMENT LIMITED

He is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School (LBS) and the Alumni President of Lagos state polytechnic Fellowship. His love for God takes pre-eminence over other issues of life.
