By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Third-Party Services & Google Integration
Our Service integrates with third-party tools, specifically Google Meet, to allow users to generate meeting links.
By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that your usage is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for any service interruptions, data losses, or account issues originating directly from Google’s platform.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials or API keys used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your credentials. You agree not to disclose your authorization details to any third party.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CityPlanners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
